David Gieringer
President

Mr. Gieringer has more than twenty-five years experience in telecommunications management and professional consulting, with an emphasis on cost reduction and containment for industries such as Health Care, Insurance, Banking, Airports, non-profits and Universities. He is a past director and active member of the Society of Telecommunications Consultants.

Mr. Gieringer has a management degree from the University of Arkansas, and is certified as an expert call center auditor/consultant by Perdue University. He is also certified by Michigan State University in Telephone Cost Separations.

Mr. Gieringer has written numerous articles and presented seminars on telecommunications, including:

Monty Baugh
Vice President

Mr. Baugh has over fourteen years of experience in information systems, including data/telecommunication engineering, data acquisition/telemetry system design, network administration and technical project management.  His career resume’ includes software development with IBM, application sales and support with Siemens Energy & Automation, and computer systems integration. 

Mr. Baugh is a frequent speaker on subjects such as communication convergence and economic cost justification of emerging technologies.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arkansas, is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Arkansas, and earned his Juris Doctorate in 2008 from the University of Arkansas Law School in Little Rock.



Steve Kane
Vice President

Mr. Kane specializes in telecommunications consulting with emphasis on assisting clients in needs evaluations and obtaining solutions through competitive bids.  Areas of expertise include telephone systems, telephone bill audits, long distance evaluation, cellular alternatives and data networks.

Mr. Kane also specializes in Data Process consulting with emphasis on design and implementation of on-line document imaging solutions utilizing distributed databases over Wide Area Networks.

Mr. Kane has an economics degree from Hendrix College and an MBA from the University of Arkansas.




Rick Coppola
Vice President and Senior Consultant

Mr. Coppola has over 15 years in telecommunications and information systems management and implementation experience and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). His resume includes director level positions for a Fortune 500 company managing Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC), Internet, Engineering and Customer Service operations.

Mr. Coppola also specializes in process reengineering with emphasis on cost effectiveness for organizational structure, vendor selection and project management services. Other areas of expertise include call center operations and wireless alternatives.

Prior to his telecommunications management career, Mr. Coppola earned his engineering degree from, and is a Distinguished Military Graduate of the United States Military Academy (at West Point) with over ten years experience as an Army aviation officer.



Teresa A. Hudson
Office Manager

Some of Ms. Hudson's responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating telephone system and trunk traffic studies, including ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) and PBX Attendant Performance

  • Analysis of Local and Long Distance telephone bills

  • Analysis of Long Distance alternatives

  • Financial reports and controls

Ms. Hudson has a finance degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
